APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Text Reminders are Sent to Each Client 48 Hours Prior to Appointment, Utilizing the Phone Number Given to Professional or Via Booking Link at the Time of Booking.
Last Minute Cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment)
1st time last minute cancellation: I get it, we forget or things come up, NO FEE is charged!
2nd time last minute cancellation: 40% of service cost due. (non-refundable, does NOT go towards future services)
3rd time last minute cancellation: 80% of service cost due. (non-refundable, does NOT go towards future services)
4th time last minute cancellation: 80% of service cost due. (non-refundable, does NOT go towards future services) 50% non-refundable deposit before rebooking.
No Call No Show
The treatment room is prepped and ready for your specific appointment, 10-15 minutes before your expected arrival. Depending on the treatment/service, supplies may be set out and will unfortunately have to be disposed of without being utilized.
1st time no call no show: 40% of service cost due. (non-refundable, does NOT got towards future services)
2nd time no call no show: 50% of service cost due. (non-refundable, does NOT go towards future services)
3rd time no call no show: 50% of service cost due. (non-refundable, does NOT go towards future services) 50% non-refundable deposit before rebooking.
Late Arrival
If you are running a few minutes behind, let me know! Your appointment is set up for you ahead of time to enhance the quality of your service/treatment!
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the service/treatment will not be able to be performed to keep the appointment from feeling rushed through for both myself and you.
If you happen to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment 3 or more times, resulting in an unreceived service/treatment, 50% of service cost due. (non-refundable, does NOT go towards future services) 50% non-refundable deposit before rebooking.

No returns/refunds on ANY product to keep the product in its very best condition when clients receive it/them.
